Prof. F seeks a double w/ en suite & parking

I am a professional female aged 34 looking for a double (preferable en suite) room in a 2 or 3 bed house/flat.

I am currently back at home in Newcastle and as it becomes clearer it is likely that I will not be expected back in the office in London until after New Year, I am WFH at the moment and might start to need to travel around the country for work starting in October.
I would therefore like to move as soon as possible and have a budget of no more than £900pcm - including bills.
Must have parking and garden/outdoor space.
