27yo Professional M seeks double near Shoreditch
I am looking for a double room in Shoreditch, Hackney or somewhere else in Zone 1. I am available to move on or before November 10 and have a budget of 1350 pcm (including bills).
I’m a 27 year-old professional working in the City in economic consulting (working from home 2-3 days a week). I'm from Hungary, and I've lived and studied in the US and Italy as well before moving to London.
I have a lot of experience in sharing a space with others; I do enjoy hanging out with flatmates in the evenings (especially if it involves a good bottle of wine or a few pints) but I also need / respect the need for some alone time of course. In general, I think I'm pretty clean and tidy and I don't even sleep walk (I think).
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, eating out, grabbing drinks, binging Netflix, killing my plants, and going to concerts/festivals.
As I work from home a few days per week, I would ideally need room to set up my WFH space. I will most likely not consider a flat with more than two flatmates.
Thanks,
Istvan
