Double Room required with garden and parking

I am a security professional working full time. Looking for a place for myself. I am looking for a place where I can live longterm.

By use of profession, I do have a security dog. So, I do need garden where I can keep the dog when I am at home. I am placing small kennel, and do need direct access to garden from outside. I don’t like to bring dog inside home at anytime.
The dog is playful, friendly and obedient to commands.
