Professional Female seeks a double room

I am a friendly, professional, socialble female looking for a double room. It has to be within walking distance of Croxley Green station, Rickmansworth Station or Watford Met as I commute into Moorgate. Parking is required.

I am available to move from June 2020 and have a budget of £650pcm.

I'm 31 and over the whole party scene (I do occasionally go out mostly at the weekend!) so looking to come home to a quiet house during the week (not a student party house!) where I can relax and enjoy the home.

I'm happy to share with males or females of any age and even pets. No children please! I would prefer an en-suite but can share a bathroom with max 2 other people.

I do smoke but rarely at home and I would be considerate to others. I'm a very good cook and enjoy cooking for others.
