Professional looking for central share / long-term

My name is Johannes, I'm 35 y/o and originally from Germany.
I've been living in Edinburgh for more than 7 years now and also have settled status in the UK.
I'm a professional in permanent full-time employment.

I am looking for a furnished room in a shared flat, preferably a double room. Ideally within around 30-45 minutes walking distance from St. Andrew Square or with good public transport connection.
If possible, I'd like to move maybe mid March, early April the latest. But I'm quite flexible.

My current landlord intends to sell his flat and I'm now looking for a new place to stay. I've been living in my current flat with changing flatmates for 7 years and I am definitely looking for something to share and long-termish again.

I don't smoke and don't have any pets. I enjoy sports and particularly indoor climbing/bouldering, I like reading graphic novels, playing pool, pub quiz, going to concerts and a bit of online gaming to stay in touch with my old friends back home.
I really appreciate a stable internet connection :)

I am reliable, uncomplicated and quite sociable but also respectful of my surroundings and the space of others.

Payslips and a reference from my employer are available.
