Hello, I have a beautiful double room available to rent from . I have lived here nearly three years now and slowly refurbished the flat. The flat is very central and only a ten min walk to the station.

The flat looks over the river with a balcony. The area is really nice and unique. It’s a lovely mix of city centre and quiet, with lots of little bits of nature around it. It has 24hr security and a management suite that will hold any parcels for you while you are out.

It is a shared bathroom, but we are very tidy/hygienic people and looking for someone who is exactly the same. Looking for someone who is willing to share the chores and not needing to nag or ask :)

The kitchen is recently remodelled (with a tiny bit left to do) and includes a hot tap, induction hob, tumble dryer, dishwasher, water carbonator and if I really like you you can use my coffee machine :)

Your bedroom would include an ottoman bed - with a premium mattress - and a large wardrobe (so lots of storage if own loads of crap like me) as well as a desk/dressing table.

About Us!

I’m 30 and I work 9-5 Monday to Friday. I work at home a lot and Matt (29) works on site 8-4 Monday-Friday so you will definitely have days to yourself.

We are very social/chill people, and love to make food after work, but respect when we all need time to ourselves. I spend some weekends back up home in the north so you’ll have a weekends to yourself at times.

All bills are included, including council tax and 1G Fibre.

There is 65” tv, including full sky package (movies/sports/tv series), Netflix, Disney, Amazon prime, Apple TV, paramount plus.

Parking is available to rent from other leaseholders in the building.
