I require wired in connection to a reliable, high-speed internet unlimited download network for my online English teaching. I am very reliable, tidy and responsible and have been an excellent tenant and house sitter for a variety of property owners. I do not want to share so am only looking for 1 bed properties. I work part time and will be receiving housing benefit support to pay the rent.
