Hello,
My name is Andy and I’m looking for a larger than normal room to house my trainer collection and my big TV. I’m wanting a room in oil get a double bed and a chair/sofa in.
I’m flexible with locations as I work in leeds so my catchment area is quite large. My girlfriend lives in Manchester so comes over 1/2 nights a week so guests able to stay is a must.
I’m a tidy person with no pets and don’t smoke (but don’t mind if other smoke or have pets)
