Looking for a Long Term Home

Hi, I’m a full-time professional and I’m looking for a long term home. I work at Amex so looking for a place that is ideally walking distance from work or a quick bus ride. 

I’m into music and I spend a lot of time working on my own projects at home, always at respectful hours. It’s an important part of my life and I want to make sure that’s clear upfront to avoid any issues.

I’m comfortable in communal environments and value cleanliness and good communication. 

I’m generally looking for a calm, respectful and easygoing home where everyone is considerate of each other’s space but happy for an occasional get together
