Looking for a room near Reaseheath, Nantwich

I'm looking to attend Reaseheath University center for a one-year top-up degree commencing September 2021 (tbc). I am largely introverted but I can be social and would enjoy interacting with housemates. I would prefer somewhere furnished, with bills included, but if necessary, I have my own furniture. I am quiet, tidy and wil largely be focusing on my degree.

I have two pets, a cockatiel (friendly but can be a little noisy. Unlikely to affect a working person as he is most active around when I get up and when I return home. He is largely silent through the evening and sleeps through the night. His cage would be in my bedroom unless otherwise agreed) and a leopard gecko (small vivarium, you won't even notice he's there.) Probably wouldn't be feasible to live with someone with cats or dogs as it would prevent my bird from being able to leave his cage.
