Double En-suite or Flat near Leicester University

I am a 19 year old first year undergraduate Chemistry student studying at the University of Leicester and am looking for a double en-suite or flat within 15 min walk to the University for roughly September time in 2021. At the time of move in I'll be 20 years old and entering my second year.

I would like parking please, preferably free, I would consider permit if I loved the property, however I am aware there is plenty of free parking on lots of streets. For a houseshare or HMO I'd prefer to live with students, however am not opposed to living with professionals, so long as they do not mind living with a student. Ideally I am looking for a 4 person or fewer houseshare.

In terms of a flat or studio, I understand my budget of £450 pm is small so I am willing to pay more but for a houseshare my budget is £450 pm.

I am a very respectful, clean and tidy student who does like to go out in the evenings when pandemics aren't occurring, however usually only on weekends. In my spare time i like to run, go to the gym or play sport.

I am aware that some landlords currently have COVID-19 cancellation policies so this would be preferable, but I do understand not everyone would be offering this. Please message me if you have something matching the requirements I am looking for and I look forward to arranging a viewing :)
