Couple looking to rent whole flat (1-2 bed)

My partner (Sam, 24) and I (25) are on the lookout for a 1-2 bedroom flat in or around Bristol, ideally with a private outdoor space. We are both professional with a clean history of renting in Bristol, so we would be able to provide references.

We would like our future landlord to be open to us having cats- we take very good care of them and give them plenty of enrichment so no damage would be done to your property. We have rented with our cats before with no complaints.

We need to be close to amenities and public transport links.

We can be flexible with our budget if the place is just right for us. We’re looking to rent long-term, for at least 2 years.
