Ideally, the place would be quiet and very clean, close to public transport and shops for convenience.
I am sociable and easy going, but I also value my own space and private time. This is why I believe an HMO wouldn't be suitable for me.
I have lived in my current place for almost 6 years and my landlord will provide referrences, if required.
