Looking for somebody to share with/room in budget

Hello!

I am a post-grad student teacher who is looking for a double room in a 2/3 bed flat asap. Or somebody to buddy up with and find a place with.

Budget is £400 bills included at most. Need parking too, free ideally.

I like to socialise with flatmates, cook together sometimes, go for walks etc.

Quiet, down to earth, tidy, clean, respectable person who would prefer to live with a female of a similar nature but will consider living with a male.

I have some food allergies so if you could be considerate of that then that would be wonderful (e. g. if you are using certain foods and cooking just opening windows or letting me know so i can get out the way etc). Mostly cook my own food.
