I don't mind to live with anyone willing to accomodate/share the house with me as long as he/she is happy with my presence & will respect our agreements.
I appreciate tidiness, openess and sincerity.
I honor the mutual agreements and I'd be happy to help with the chores, as well around the house or with small maintenance, if needed.
