27 year-old young professional

Hello :)
I’m Kat, I'm a 27 year-old professional starting a job at the end of May about half an hour from Southend and I'm looking for a room or annexe (or caravan) to rent in the area until the end of December. I'm very relaxed, friendly and sociable and also enjoy a lot of downtime so a quieter household would be ideal. I'm keen on spending time outside in nature, reading, drawing and climbing. I will need a car to get to my work as it's fairly remote and so parking would be great.
