En-suite or studio wanted or good size room

Ideally a room on outskirts of exeter as work location has changed now, did have something lined up but the owner is not replying now, i clean tidy quiet and wont notice im there usually… happy to help out with odd jobs of needed.
Id also consider a plot to put a small caravan on if somethings available.
I have children that live with there mum and also a small puppy id like to come stay sometimes…
