Female Professional - move in north/east London

Hi! Please help a gal out… looking to move from my current flat beginning of April (could be flexible on this for the right place).

Moved to London last year and living in Wood Green/Bowes Park but looking to be somewhere a bit closer to central and more homely surroundings. Love being near a green space like Ally Pally but otherwise not much this far north.
As for general house admin, always on time sending rent, clean and tidy person, take pride in making where I live a home. I like my own space to recharge but similarly love a chin wag if we are in the house together, sneaking downstairs for a sweet treat and watch traitors together. I own some furniture so could be flexible on furnished or not.

Outside of work usually a busy gal, doing some kind of exercise in the week (hot girl walks, netball, gym and getting into the running hype) and then weekends seeing friends or having a mooch somewhere new probably tripping into a pub.
