36 year old professional seeking room in Telford

I have lived in Telford for four years in the same house share and I am looking to explore what other properties are available due to my now being permanently working from home with my current employers, ReAssure (formerly Admin Re) with whom I have been employed for over 10 years.

I am really easy going guy who is reliable, organised and fun to be around without being a party animal.

I would be looking to share with other professionals, my interests are travelling, sports, keeping fit (mainly through walking), socialising, music and chilling out on my PS5.

In terms of the house I am looking for, a modern house with smart decor and with kitchen amenities sufficient for the number of people in the house and ideally some outdoor space. I am open to locations within Telford and Wrekin district and the wider Shropshire area,

The room would need to be a furnished double en-suite and ideally would be of large size with space for lots of storage as well as a desk to allow for home work as I am largely remote based in my job

I am only interested in houseshares of 3 or less (including me) ideally.

My budget is up to £700 included all bills though there would be flexibility for the right place.
