I am a professional looking for a studio or 1-bedroom flat for long-term rent.

The property must be close to a main bus stop or train station.

Preferred areas:

Clapham Junction

Battersea

Wandsworth

Putney

Fulham, etc.

Zone 1–2 preferred. Zone 3 considered if the property is reasonable..

Please send photos, floor plan, and location/map before arranging a viewing.
Also confirm rent, deposit amount, how it will work.
Any bills included if not roughly how much I'm looking for.
