Large room required in ideally one-room house

Ideally large room, single bed preferably., ideally hand basin or en-suite and fridge/freezer, microwave in room. Tv or aerial socket. I'm looking for solitary, quiet space, zero or minimum number of other sharers. Allow overnight visitors. Eastbourne area, from Sovereign harbour up to Burling Gap, East Dean, Bude, Ilfracombe, Kent coast, Worthing area, Bournemouth, Pembroke. Ideally no minimum or maximum tenancy, zero or low deposit, allowed to bring my own furniture and potentially lots of storage boxes. Looking to be staying many years potentially. Large amount of storage space would be very helpful. Access to outdoor building or shed extremely useful. I'm quiet, intelligent, practical minded. Ideal housemate would be quiet, 30-60, female, with similar interests. Cat owners a bonus.
