I could be available before 1st July! I just put that as that was a safe bet for financial reasons!

Im looking for someone to buddy up with in Manchester or a double room preferably en suit and with 1 other person, but not necessary!

A little about me, my name is Kaye, im a 26 year old mature student (studying Law). I start in September at Liverpool Uni so I am hoping to move as close to the centre my budget allows me to make commuting easier. I want to stay in Manchester as I love it here and now consider it home (ive lived here for 4 years, originally from a little village on the East Coast near Hull). When I can ill be doing lectures online from my room so I wont be in your way but obviously commuting as and when I need/want too :)

I have a cat so please speak now if youre allergic or have a pet yourself as my boy isnt great with some other cats and definitely not dogs unfortunately! Hes very shy at first but turns into a very loving cat when he is comfortable with you! Hes a silver tabby called Brioche (weird name I know haha)

My budget is around £700pcm bills included but I don't mind going up for the right place and housemate! Id need a double room to fit my desk in and drawers ect and id prefer an en suit, but who wouldnt? Haha

Im very clean and will always do my share of the tidying and house work. I love having my own space and time but wouldnt mind having the odd takeaway and movie night or game night if thats something that interests you as well :) I used to be a dancer and love my music so all of that stuff interests me. I play electric violin but dont worry you cant hear it unless its plugged in, similar to an electric guitar and I rarely plug in and definitely wont when youre home! Sometimes I go out for drinks with friends but very rarely have people in the house and even if I do itd be quiet drinks as apposed to loud parties! I love going out for coffee, drinks, shopping, activity days, brunches, I used to love hiking but due to a neurological disorder I was diagnosed with a couple of years ago I struggle with that now but I am slowly getting better!

I dont mind having a chat and seeing if we get on or going for a coffee or following each other on Insta or whatever as I know this is a big decision, finding someone to move in with!
