Hi there,

My partner and I are a young-ish professional married couple, hailing from Germany and Canada (respectively), but have been living in London for almost five years.

We've had great relationships with our landlords, in previous and current leases. We have been at our letting now for about three years, but our landlord's relative is emigrating to London, so she will need the flat for them come July forcing us to vacate by then.

We are employed full time and are looking for a 1+ Bedroom flat with at least 40 sqm, ideally somewhere around the EC1 area +3 Miles radius, as we work near London Liverpool Street Station. A place to adequately and safely store two bikes would be nice too.

Ideally the flat is above ground level and provides a bit of sunlight.
The preferred move-in date is sometime between 20/06-02/07/2024 but with an amazing flat we are flexible.
