Looking for a home/room for July/August 2021

I'm looking to move to Hampshire in July/August 2021 for my education. I am looking for a home/room for about 3-years (since my education there will be 3-years long). I am originally from Colchester, Essex.

I would prefer moving in with a family that has a spare room (preferably a double room!), or an elderly couple. However, I don't mind people who are of a similar age to me (ranging between 18 to 30 years old). If you have pets, then great! I love all sorts of animals! (especially dogs and cats!). I also don't mind if you have children. I would also prefer a place with a shower rather than a bath.

I will most likely be on Universal Credit by then, so I need someone/somewhere that accepts Universal Credit.

I need to live somewhere that also includes the bills as well as the rent. For example, rent = £100 a week and bills = £20 a week. So, it would be a total of £120 a week.

I will be attending Brockenhurst College, so I need to live somewhere that has good transport links to Brockenhurst College.

I'm a highly reliable and organised person. I am extremely clean and thorough. What you'd expect off of me is a outgoing and friendly personality; I'm always up for a good, old chinwag!
