2 professional females for a 2 BED FLAT :)
Hi! My friend and I are looking for a 2 bed flat to call home!
We would prefer bedrooms the same kind of size, 2 bathrooms is preferable but 1 is okay, we would like a balcony or small garden if possible.
We're mostly interested in having somewhere spacious, clean with plenty of storage. Furnished. Our budget for rent excluding bills will be no higher than 1650, but of course it's always amazing to find cheaper and with bills inc!
Must consider pets as we may have a cat next year (he will be a 9 year old house cat).
We would like to move by 28th July and failing that, 28th August :)
