In need of renting a room from 28th August
Hi there,
I am currently renting a flat in Liverpool city centre L1 , I am a professional working full time who moved to Liverpool two years ago , first house sharing in L7 then getting my own studio flat in L1. I am respectful, clean and have a good reputation with previous landlords. I am looking for a studio flat or a house share, my current contract ends 28th august so I will need to move in then, but I will be open to signing a contract before then if need be. Just need to see what my options are really regarding price and location , all the best , Peter
