Looking for a room share ASAP

Hi,

The property I'm looking for:

I'm on the lookout for a flat/house to rent with ideally 1 or 2 other flatmates. The property itself should be spacious and generous with an ensuite bathroom or separate bathrooms and a communal living space, for the bedroom I'm looking for a large double bedroom with space to fit a double/king bed, wardrobe, drawers and side table and if it could squeeze in a desk too I'd be ecstatic :) I'm not fussed about unfurnished or furnished properties as I do have a bit of furniture I can transfer to the location. I'd also like an outdoor garden or patio space as I want to grow a few flowers and vegetables but I'm flexible without this feature. The property should ideally be located in walking distance to a park or field with great local amenities and good transport links. Located within Zone 1,2,3,4 for easier commuting to and back zone 2 for my work.

Ideal flatmate:

A professional person who is respectful, clean and tidy and likes to be social but who also enjoys their own space and company.

Who I am as a flatmate:

I'm a full time working professional, I work Monday-Friday with a flexible contract to either work a few days in the office and a few days WFH.

Pre-lockdown the weekends usually consisted of venturing out exploring London culture or further afield, going on hikes or parks, having chill day ins (which I love and relish :) ), or meeting up with family or friends. I'm also into keeping fit regularly indoors or outdoors.

I'm slightly on the quiet side but I do enjoy having great conversations and I like to keep a home clean and tidy, it keeps my mind at peace too :) I enjoy listening to music but this isn't blared out loud. I'm a friendly, genuine open minded person, finding a flatmate who I can socialise with a good movie and popcorn or for a bit of adventure outdoors would be nice but isn't essential.
