Professional for flats in central east

Hello! (I'm the guy in the photos, I only seem to have pics with my friends!)

I'm looking to find a flatshare, or a flatmate to search with for a flat, within the east of London zone 1. I'm interested in the areas of Wapping, Aldgate, Spitalfields, Shoreditch, Hoxton but I'm open to surrounding areas.

I'm after a modern flat ideally in a new-build block but key is that its a nice flat! Perfect if it has a gym or other amenities, but not a necessity.

My budget is £1650 give or take including bills, which would easily be doable in a 2-bed on the market for £3,000.

About me: I'm a professional - specifically a managing technical lead in a big-four tech consulting company, I go to the gym most mornings and work until about 6 or 7pm. I enjoy going to nice restaurants with friends (sunday brunches are a staple!), going to cocktail bars but also going to fitness classes (currently into reformer pilates) and sitting at home under a blanket watching movies with some popcorn! I'm not a big hobby person, but I do like the creative arts, prints and photography - I even recently did a pottery class that didnt turn out too well...

I'm after other professional individuals looking to live comfortably in London who are clean and personable who doesn't mind being social on occasion. I'm up for being friends as well as flatmates 😁
