Quiet professional, working full time

Hello,

Im Jason, Im 37, and a full time working professional, looking for a new place with great transport options (Train or tube into the city, hopefully 24 hour buses nearby)

I have shared before and understand how to house share with other people. I am a clean and tidy person and like my living environment to be the same.

I am currently self employed and building a business, so I am looking for a long term secure rental and can pay a few months in advance, if that alleviates any landlord fears.

I have proof from my current and previous tenancies that I pay my rent on time, in full.
