22yo student male -

I am preferably looking for somewhere without a lower end deposit as forking out both the rent and deposit simultaneously can leave me a little low financially - but I can work with anything for the right property!
I would prefer somewhere closer to the university but I am honestly very easy on that front also.
I am a respectful and clean housemate/tenant who works well in both social and individual settings.
