Looking for rooms in and around Watford!

Hi all,

I'm an ex-lecturer and Watford resident looking for my next home!

I am looking for double rooms in and around the Watford area.

I am in receipt of long-term benefits, meaning that I can provide more consistent rent payments (ie. the money would be sent straight to your account rather than having to be sent by myself) than employed professionals.

I have little concern for who my flatmates are, so long as they are sociable! My one ask is that I am not offered properties with children in them (simply personal preference).
