Room in shared house - preferably unfurnished

I would like to move from Tunbridge Wells to Tonbridge to be closer to work. I'm a games teacher, I have been in the same school in Tunbridge Wells for four years and I'm taking up a new position in September. I usually leave to get into school early Monday to Friday and often I'm involved with sports fixtures on Saturdays.

I'm looking for a place where theres enough space to retreat to be alone if its been a hard day but also some communal areas for chatting & maybe eating together sometimes. I have some furniture so ideally I'm looking for an unfurnished room and also parking.

I'm a tidy person who likes to chill after work maybe watch a film or Netflix. However obviously from my job you can tell that I like being active, I train regularly at the gym, I'm passionate about rugby and I like cars and motorsport.
