Full-time professional looking for a homely place!

Hi and thanks for stopping by to read my ad :)

I am a 35 year old, full-time professional and I work 9-5 in Kirkstall, Monday to Friday.

I consider myself responsible and mature. Having flat-shared for almost 15 years I know how to listen and respect other people. I am very clean, tidy and quiet at nights. I have always paid my rent on time and I even enjoy cleaning!

I like being around people so it would be a great bonus if I could find a place where people have a nice balance between their own space and lives as well as a sense of togetherness too. Cooking and eating together is a big bonus :)

I would like to live in a home that is not loud at nights after 11pm and a clean home, ideally with professionals.

When I'm not working, I enjoy activities such as exploring Yorkshire on days out, art, reading, attending comedy, gym and seeing friends.

I love dogs, cats, etc so I'm open to 'animal-mates' :)

But will consider other areas.

ps. I am looking for quite a large room as I also have a stand up (electric) piano and a fairly large desk.
