30 F looking for city centre accommodation

I am a tour guide in the city of Edinburgh, originally from Glasgow but have lived here since 2018. I am also a part time MSc student studying philosophy, going into my second year but working alongside. Because I'm part time I still pay council tax, hence why "professional" is on my profile.

I am quite sociable and out a few nights a week but will usually have a couple of nights in where I just watch TV, read or chill. Like to cook a lot.

Have recently got my bike fixed and looking forward to using it more around Edinburgh, so a place to put my bike even just on the landing is great. I also have a fold away rowing machine and weights, which I'm happy to share.

I am learning piano and have a keyboard. I also have a lot of books.

Currently I do like to have people over sometimes, for example a few friends for film nights, but understand if this doesn't work with the preferences of the flat.

I'm quite easy going with who I live with. It is nice to socialise with flatmates and my current flat is very sociable, but if you are the sort of person who really just wants someone to take your spare room but not be best pals, I respect that too!

I'm not a total clean freak but I am the flatmate who will always be quite happy to do the jobs like cleaning the toilet, dusting and hoovering the living room and scrubbing the hob. I don't mind untidiness but I like to live in a clean space!
