31 y/o recipe developer looking for flatshare!

I am a professional female aged 31 looking for a double room. I'm available to move from now onwards and have a budget of £1200 pcm (all in). I would like to share ideally with people between 27- 40 years old. I have a preference towards females/NB folk but this isn't something I'm fully set on, depending on the person!

I have lived in Camberwell for 3 years and want to stay as close as possible!

I am a recipe developer/food stylist and work for the UK's biggest online food platform creating recipe videos and content. This means I come with a LOT of food, and you'll never have to buy olive oil or Maldon sea salt haha :) In all seriousness, I haven't had to buy either of these things in about 3 years so living with me is a big money saver!

I'm really clean (love a good hoovering sesh), am always up for having a drink, and always very respectful towards the space and property of others. I also have OCD that manifests around hobs/windows/door and plugs which means I am basically an in house health and safety officer - you don't have to worry about any doors being left unlocked, put it that way :)

I am an extroverted introvert and I love socialising and hanging out as much as I like my own space. In my spare time you'll find me testing new recipes, reading about food, cooking, or visiting new places to eat. If you need a glowing reference from one of my current housemates i can send it over!
