I’m buying a flat in approx 3-5 months time after my previous purchase fell through 🥲
Really keen to leave parents and move back from Surrey to London while I do the new search for a property and begin the whole legal process. This will realistically be 4-5 months total.
I’m an outgoing and polite person. Very happy to either become a part of your little home community or leave you in peace.
Oh I should add - I quite regularly have work trips / visit family so you’ll have the place to yourself a few nights per week.
