Masters graduate looking for double room

Hi, I’ve just completed my masters and my current house share is coming to an end. I’m looking for a room to call my own whilst I’m applying for jobs within my field. I currently work as a pub supervisor, approx 30 hours per week, the latest I finish work is 10:30pm though.

Chronically fatigued which has severely limited the amount of energy I have, I do enjoy good chats, going for a drink and a beach swim, however, I am usually found in bed recovering after work.

On the flip side, I’m one of those that has every hobby under the sun. I spearfish (rarely) but housemates will hopefully be fine with fresh fish from time to time. I forage, ferment, sew, hike, garden and like to do a bit of diy. I do have a lot of equipment, so looking for a good space to store it. I also have a lot of my own furniture, though I’ll be able to donate/sell if need be. The only bits of “furniture” I really want to keep is my mattress and a specialised freezer.

Also strong leaning to the political left, half Palestinian, strong support of LGBT and trans rights, and would prefer not to live with anyone who doesn’t support basic human rights first everyone

I’m not looking to spend more than £750, bills included, or £650 bills excluded. Looking for a lived in feel, not somewhere where the place has to be tidy all of the time, but also not looking for a place where things dont get cleaned, a healthy medium.
