Room needed

I am a professional from Manchester who’s lived in London for 3 and a half years now. I am on the professional doctorate for clinical psychology so will be in uni 2 days and on placement working 3 days a week. Some weeks I might have a work from home morning/afternoon/day really depends on my work/uni schedule but is not often.

I will increase my budget should I need to but I am looking for preferably an en-suite double room with bills included and don’t want to share with more than 3 people but I am happy to share a two bed with the right person :) Looking for more of a secure flat complex type vibe in North/North West London. I also need parking.

I do not want to live with a family or couples. Prefer to live with females.

I can’t stress enough that I am a clean and considerate person so would definitely want to share with someone who is also clean and considerate and honest about this.

Other than this I’m a chill and fun person to live with and would enjoy doing things on weekends or in the evenings but do also like to spend time by myself. It would be nice to find a house where I can make friends.
