House/Flat Share

Hi!

I am looking for accommodation as soon as I find the right place.

Ideal areas would be HU5/6 or City Centre, though barring some areas of Hull I am flexible.

Happy to do a buddy up to find somewhere as i feel we could get a much nicer property for budget, and im not so keen on sharing small rooms with large households! I am not too swayed on size, but i need an area to work, a comfortable sized bedroom and a nice living area. I do like to cook!

I love pets, particularly dogs, but would prefer someone tidy. I dont expect perfection, but would be nice not to have to wash pans before i can use them :)

Im easy going, working long hours monday to friday and like to spend my weekend relaxing in front of a film or going for a walk somewhere or eating out.

Im fairly sociable, but nights out are pretty infrequent now. I dont mind someone who likes to go out more and happy to join in occasionally, provided that noise is respectful late evenings due to early starts for work. Otherwise im very laid back about how a housebuddy is! I dont mind keeping myself to myself if preferred- as long as the room is large enough to be comfortable in.

I would be happy to have a conversation on skype (or similar) for potential buddy ups. just let me know.
