* Due to recent circumstances, living with my parents is no longer viable. Frequent disagreements have negatively impacted my mental health, making it urgent for me to find a new place to live. Finding a suitable space is crucial for my well-being and independence. Unfortunately, due to an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA), affording a deposit is currently challenging.

* Budget: £550-600 per month, with the option to pay an additional £50 to compensate for the lack of deposit upfront.
* Accommodation type: Preferably a house share with a non-resident landlord or a registered HMO.
* Environment: Quiet and well-maintained space suitable for working from home.
* Pet-friendliness: Ideally, I'd like to bring my well-behaved cats for their emotional support (I am a responsible pet owner).
