Looking for a new roomie

Looking for a new roomie to find a Flat in London. I am an American who has been living in London for 2 years , would like to find someone nice and easy-going who is responsible and clean.

I do have a pet who will be coming with me 3-4 Months upon moving in ( she is potty trained and happy to provide references from other landlords) ( Small chihuahua)

Looking to live anywhere near central London 15 mins max commute from Tower 42 Near Bank Station.

Would also want a roommate who is okay with friends visiting every once and a while. Busy professional so the house will be my haven.

Would also need a roommate who is okay, with friends from the States visiting yearly or my parents.. ( of course with a notice in advance) and nothing too long.

And would ideally like a flat mate that is nice to be around and share a meal every once in a while.
