Female seeking double room or buddy up

I am originally from Durham and looking to relocate to Lincoln for a new job. I am not aware of my start date as of yet but I am assuming it’ll be around September time.

I am looking for another professional who is clean, tidy and respectful but who is also open to socialising - someone who would watch tv in the living room and have the odd evening meal together.

I will be relocating for work so I will know only a few people in the area. A housemate who may also become a friend would be ideal.

I will be working the usual 9-5 Monday to Friday. I know a couple of people in the East Lindsay area so may have a friend visit from time to time but will always be considerate towards my flat mate.

I am open to either fully furnished, part furnished or unfurnished properties and also buddy ups.
