I (22 from Sunderland) am looking for a double room for <£580pcm, ideally around Hackney/Stoke Newington/Clapton areas. I'm a graduate musician (I play bass so can practise silently with headphones), very clean and respectful but easy-going, and up for hanging out, cooking together etc.!
A living room would be ideal for working from home and relaxing, and I'd love some kind of garden for growing more herbs and veg but can live without. Not a big party person but equally not fussed about noise so long as it's not unreasonable.
Looking to move in before the end of August or early September.
