Needing a good home for me & and my amazing cat!

Looking for a home for me and my cat, shes great. she's fully house trained and is well behaved, I’m a respectful person, I need somewhere with a garden or patio area preferably, for my cat and I to enjoy. I work as a school escort. I don't have a car, at the moment so I don't need a space if a property comes with one, I have furniture, and other things so unfurnished or furnished is ok, as I can always sell my stuff or store it at my parents :-) . I think a flat or house share with not too many people would be best
