Room in a shared house/flat wanted

I am a student looking for a double room in a shared house/ flat. With all bills included.
Since I am fairly laid back as a person, I tend to get along well with most people. However, I am also extremely shy, which means that I may come across as rude at first. I promise I'm not, it just takes me a while to get comfortable with new people.
As well I this, I feel that I should disclose that I am a smoker. I would never smoke indoors, but I have found that my habit does bother some regardless.
