Seeking accommodation for final year of studies

Hello!

I’m an engineering masters student at the University of Edinburgh looking for a single or double room in a friendly, fairly central flat for the academic year (I would be commuting by bike). My budget is roughly £500 pcm including bills and council tax share if necessary. I’m a mornings person and my hobbies are cooking/baking, reading, hiking, cycling, swimming and gardening - I can bring with me fresh fruit and veg from my family’s allotment in my home town! I’m looking for a quiet room where I’ll spend a fair amount of time studying but also a sociable and relaxed place to chill/cook/have a brew with friends :)
