Chilled professional looking for houseshare

Hi!

I'm Lauren, a 29 year old professional looking for a chilled, friendly houseshare in Exeter. I've recently moved back to Exeter to start a new role as an occupational therapist with the NHS trust.

I'm interested in languages, nature, animals, gardening, cycling, watching series, films, yoga, walking, cooking and most things related to food. I enjoy having my own space but I am looking for a sociable houseshare where we might watch some tv, share the odd meal or go out occasionally. I am a calm and considerate person and have lived in quite a few houseshares to date. Being in a clean and tidy space is very important to me so I like to share with housemates who are proactive with this.

I'm looking to move from around the 1st November onwards but would consider other move in dates for the right place. I'm primarily looking for for a houseshare in heavitree, st leonards, newtown, polsloe, wonford or city centre and have a budget of up to roughly £750 with bills included. Looking for somwhere with some sort of parking (on-street is fine), space to store a bike, a room with a desk (or space for a desk which I can bring) and an LGBT+ friendly household.
