Professional creative woman

hello,
I am working at the Opera House in Manchester from June 1st until July 19th so I am looking for accommodation near there for the whole of june until july 20th.
I am clean, quiet, tidy and respectful. I work long hours and generally keep to myself. I don't go out partying, I like to relax and do yoga in the mornings, then generally off to bed after work, I will probably only have one day off a week during which I will either sleep/relax, or get out into the country side for a walk.
I am looking for either a share with like minded mature, tidy and relaxed people, or a small studio for myself.
Working in theatre means I generally start early afternoon and finish around 10pm, so would be returning home late and usually eat once I have gotten home, so restricted cooking hours wouldn't work for me, I wont be making banquets or cooking smelly fish etc at 11pm, but the ability to make some pasta or toast etc after work is a necessity for me.
I don't need huge amounts of space, just enough for some clothes, I wont be moving in permanently, just for the duration of my contract.
Some form of outside space is also essential, whether that is a terrace/balcony or a garden. I do smoke, obviously not indoors, and I'm happy to spray air freshener when coming back inside, but I do need to have an area where I can go outside and have a cup of tea and a smoke comfortably without having to smoke on the street.
I do have a vehicle but parking isn't essential as I cannot park near the theatre, so either walking distance to the theatre or easily reachable on public transport, which is safe at night is also a must.
Other than that I am not really fussy.
My budget is 900/month max, bills and furniture included.
