Looking for a double room in CB1

Hiya!
I am Nayanika, 29, currently living in London. I've just started a new role leading marketing in an innovation startup that's based just off Mill Road, and I'm looking to move to Cambridge around March/April.

I'm looking for a house with not more than 2 flatmates, and close to the station and work. I love a friendly, kind house with progressive views and easy-going, positive vibes. I'm looking for a place that is very clean+tidy (I'm close to the big 3-0 so this is very important for me!), hopefully new or renovated (I have simply no energy left to fight any mice or mold LOL) with a living room, and housemates I can genuinely be friends with. Very comfortable doing my own thing too (this year I plan to do a lot more writing). My budget is 1100 including bills!

I'll be working in the office 4-5 times a week and in my free time, I love reading, writing, drawing, anything creative, sunshiney walks in the parks, dog-watching, board games, museums, gigs and pubs, thrift shopping and more. I'm a proper London gal but looking forward to exploring Cambridge and making new friends here. I do a lot of solo travelling too!
