My current situation where I am living at the moment is not satisfactory and my current circumstances the the present time is in limbo!! Also I am working 15 hours shifts which somewhat reduces my spare time!!

I wish to move out of my current accommodation asap because of non satisfactory living conditions due to anti social new tenants which have recently moved in! ie: excessive noise and disruptive behaviour etc!!! At my time of life I wish to live in quiet and tranquil surroundings!!
I am available to move in immediately and can guarantee immediate payment of deposit and full monthly rent payments from the start and ongoing thereafter!! In full and on time every time!!
If we both agree with a confirmed acceptance of tenancy I'll guarantee to sign, accept and obey any contracts rules and requirements etc of the said tenancy agreement/requirements etc.
I am totally financially independent and secure!! I am also in full time totally secure and guaranteed long term employment as well, with a guaranteed minimum income of approx. £3200 per month!! Mainly from my full time employment and some from my pension investments!!
